Back to TerminalTerms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Welcome to the AirDelivery aerial operations platform. By accessing or using our autonomous drone logistics network, FPV flight controller interfaces, or hardware configuration terminals, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Operational Compliance
Users are strictly required to operate within all applicable local, national, and international civil aviation authority regulations:
- Permits: Pilots must maintain valid licensing and flight registration permits in their designated sectors.
- No-Fly Zones: System software restricts autonomous paths from encroaching on protected national airspace. Overriding these locks is strictly prohibited.
- Payload Limits: Maximum structural payload constraints must be adhered to at all times to prevent system failures.
2. System Access & Security
Operations terminals require multi-factor hardware security keys. You are fully responsible for safeguarding terminal access credentials. Sharing authentication tokens or attempting unauthorized network penetration of drone firmware is grounds for immediate contract termination.
3. Liability & Performance
AirDelivery hardware is built for extreme conditions, but actual flight stability is dependent on environmental variables (winds, RF interference, weather). AirDelivery is not liable for data loss, delivery delays, or operational failures resulting from environmental conditions exceeding rated operational envelopes.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend operations access immediately if flight patterns violate regulatory compliance, structural limits, or safety guidelines.
